One of my favorite Democrats - Senator Joe Biden of Delaware - has been chosen to be the running mate of Barack Obama! As the Foreign Relations Committee chairman he adds globe-trotting credentials to Obama's Democratic ticket.He shoots from the hip and is never afraid to speak his mind. He's also one of the "poorest" of the U.S. Senators - he's never been one to take advantage of his status of being a Senator for over 35 years. And he takes the Metro to work each day.
